disappointed but hopeful for improvement

The bed was relatively comfortable, which helped after a long journey. I appreciated the friendly staff who were quick to assist with my requests. The breakfast area offered some decent options to start the day, although the seating arrangement could use more attention. I did notice a few relaxing spots around the hotel.

The overall cleanliness fell short of expectations.

Upon check-in, I discovered the lady had mistakenly assigned someone else to my room, causing me significant inconvenience given my bad knee. To make matters worse, only one outlet worked in the room, while the sheets and blankets appeared dirty and unkempt. The upkeep of the hotel was appalling, and I left my charger behind, yet no one from the staff bothered to inform me.

I loved my room - large and well stocked for rollaway beds.

All was perfect.

A Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Despite the challenges I faced with the broken chair and slow tub drainage, I appreciated the manager's efforts to assist during my week-long stay. The ambiance felt cute, and although the Wi-Fi had issues, the friendly staff was great. Consider checking on available services before your stay.

Housekeeping doesn't clean unless requested.

Particularly good and unbeatable location near the event that I went to Gillette for, all was perfect. The idea to include a microwave and coffee & tea making facilities in the a double room was nice;)))

Consider asking the staff for local dining recommendations. They are quite friendly and may suggest hidden gems nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy two queen beds, made it super comfortable after a long drive, plus, the breakfast was surprisingly good for a quick bite in the morning. The hotel also had great relaxation spots, like the inviting pool area and a nice space for hanging out. The only hiccup was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, I'd recommend this place for a nice getaway 😊

Unfortunately, a broken door was offered for one of our rooms, and it felt unsafe with holes in the walls and open windows. The outdated furnishings and malfunctioning outlets added to the discomfort.
